UK DELIVERY

We offer Standard and Express delivery services within the United Kingdom.

Delivery charges and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout prior to payment confirmation.

Orders over £75 qualify for free Standard Delivery.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Estimated delivery timeframe: 3–5 working days.

Free for UK orders over £75.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

£9.95

Estimated delivery timeframe: 1–2 working days.

Orders placed before 2pm (UK time) on working days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the following working day.

Dispatch and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Made-to-order and custom items require additional processing time prior to dispatch.

Estimated dispatch timeframes are provided at checkout before an order is placed.

Lead times may vary depending on order volume, material availability, and production requirements.

Custom or personalised items may not be cancelled or returned except where required under applicable consumer protection law.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We ship internationally to selected destinations.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

All international shipments include standard customs documentation completed in accordance with applicable regulations.

We do not undervalue shipments or mark orders as gifts for customs purposes.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or local handling charges applicable within the destination country.

Delivery delays caused by customs processing are outside our control.

REST OF WORLD

Estimated delivery timeframe: 7–14 working days.

International delivery estimates may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier networks.

TRACKING

Tracking information is provided once an order has been dispatched.

Customers with an account may also view order status through their Order History.

If tracking information has not updated within three working days following dispatch, customers should contact us for assistance.

DAMAGED, LOST, OR DELAYED ORDERS

If an order arrives damaged, customers must contact us promptly and provide photographs of both the packaging and affected items where reasonably requested.

Where an item is confirmed as damaged in transit or lost by the carrier, we will provide a replacement, refund, or alternative resolution where appropriate.

Orders are not considered lost until the relevant carrier investigation process has been completed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • customs clearance procedures
  • adverse weather conditions
  • courier operational delays
  • incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
  • failed delivery attempts
  • circumstances outside our reasonable control

PACKAGING

Orders are packed using protective packaging materials selected for the products being shipped.

We aim to minimise unnecessary packaging and avoid single-use plastic where reasonably practicable.

Processing times may occasionally be extended during periods of high order volume.
