October is Q4 week two and The Builder is on track. The proximity investment line item, soft-launched in September, is now in formal execution phase. Felix has sat beside you on six of the first ten evenings: four of them on schedule, two of them off-schedule, which Felix has logged as *exploratory pilots requiring further data before protocol formalisation*.
The Q4 plan is running. The daily patrol has been adjusted for early darkness. The morning check-in schedule remains unchanged. The Builder is building the year's final quarter with the same rigour as every previous quarter, plus one new deliverable that was not in any previous brief and which is proving, according to the internal model Felix is running, to have a significantly higher return than projected.
